Saunders Therapy Centers, Inc is an EMPLOYEE-OWNED outpatient orthopedic physical therapy practice with a sub-specialty in Industrial Rehabilitation services - Functional Capacity Evaluations and Work Hardening programs. Our Industrial Rehabilitation teams are passionate, experienced professionals including PT, OT, PTA, COTA. We have 26 wonderful employee-owners at three locations: Bloomington, St. Paul, and Maple Grove.
Because we are an independent private practice, we have no financial ties to any hospital, physician, or insurance group. Therefore, our success depends on providing outstanding clinical care and customer service, and we have enjoyed a great reputation with solid growth since we first opened our doors over 30 years ago.
Company History
Saunders Therapy Centers, Inc is an independent physical therapy practice founded in 1988. The company was owned by Robin Saunders Ryan, PT MS, and was a WBENC-certified woman-owned business prior to being sold to the employees as an ESOP (Employee Stock Ownership Program). Employees of the company directly benefit from the profits of the company.
